This experience promises more than training; it’s an immersion into the archipelago’s untamed beauty, where you’ll run and swim your way through amazing landscapes, open waters and uncover hidden gems. LET'S EMBARK ON A UNFORGETABLE EXPERIENCE TOGETHER. THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED AND PREPARED FOR YOU TO ENJOY WITH AWE AND EASE South Archs: Venture into hidden mystical landscapes, swim through stunning islands, passages, creeks and marvel at the mesmerizing landscapes of the archipelago. For all levels: Designed with all levels in mind, from beginner to experienced swimrunners, ensuring you will explore the archipelago wonders with ease while maintaining a sense of adventure. Community: Connect with new friends and like-minded adventurers. Share unforgettable experiences, team-work and build lasting connections as part of a thriving community. Expert Guides: Our experienced guides are there to bring you the best guidance support, and security. Professional coaching, training and a lot of fun. Support & Safety Boat Our support & safety boat will follow us throughout the swims, providing video and photo footage, carrying bags and clothes, and offering rest stops, nutrition, and energy fueling as needed. Accommodations: After a thrilling day roaming the archs retreat to the cozy island villa where you can unwind, eat, recover and hangout. Fuel for Adventure: We provide delicious world fusion food, crafted to fuel every athlete. Nutritious and balanced, our meals blend greens, carbs, and proteins, all served shared-on-table-style for a satisfying and flavorful dining experience together. A pivotal part of our camps! Day 1 Welcome to the Archs. Building Community & Setting the Stage for an Unforgettable Adventure Upon your arrival on Styrsö, you'll be welcomed into the warmth of the island. We’ll kick things off by getting to know one another, sharing a delicious meal that sets the tone for the days ahead, and starting to build the community spirit. Afterward, we’ll go through a briefing, covering the week’s schedule, the house rules, and safety guidelines. We’ll wrap up the evening by setting the stage for the exciting adventures ahead, with a glimpse of what’s to come in the following days. Day 2 Set the Pace and Master the Fundamentals While Exploring Styrsö’s Stunning Terrain Today we'll experience the thrill of swimrun on Styrsö, and hidden gems on natural granite isles. We'll take you through rugged coastlines, technical rocky terrain, lush forest trails, and serene bays, showcasing this part of the archs breathtaking natural beauty. We’ll kick off with a foundational session covering swim- run technique, gear setup, and run-swim-run transitions, setting everyone up for the adventures ahead. This initial session will also help us gauge everyone’s level, so we can tailor the experience to match different paces, with options to divide into faster and slower groups if needed." Day 3 Dive into a True Swimrun Adventure on Brännö and Galterö’s Scenic Ötillö Course Get ready for a scenic day of swimrun on parts of the Ötillö course, weaving through Brännö and Glaterö's beautiful landscapes. The route begins with a run through Brännö’s harming, picturesque village, then flows out to Galterö's nature reserve, traversing a mix of gravel paths, rocky trails, soft sand dunes, and lush greenery, offering a variety of running surfaces. Along the coastline, we’ll dip in and out of the open water, navigating natural bays and beaches that reveal the raw beauty of these islands. This day is a true swimrun adventure, blending vibrant landscapes with challenging coastal swims. Day 4 Endless Swims, Straightforward Trails, and a Rocky Loop Adventure Today's adventure begins on Styrsö and heads straight into one of the Ötillö course’s most iconic segments: a thrilling swim to Köpstadsö. We'll explore the village’s charming pathways and run through trails before hopping over smaller islands. From here, we swim towards Asperö, tackling its winding forest trails and gravel paths. The focus today is on endurance and swim strength, as we loop back from another side, crossing over to an isolated island with a lone, rustic cottage—perfect for cliff jumping. Finally, we’ll passs the rocky coastline of Köpstadsö before finishing with a long swim back to Styrsö, testing both stamina and technique. Day 5 Fast Trails and Crystal-Clear Waters: A Speed-Focused Swimrun on Vrångö Today’s adventure takes us to Vrångö, an island known for its pristine beaches and crystal-clear Mediterranean-like waters. We’ll navigate a mix of fast-paced gravel trails and technical terrain on smaller islands, pushing ourselves through a dynamic course. The day will focus on improving speed and efficiency, with a special emphasis on fast-paced transitions and interval training. Expect stunning coastal views, soft sandy beaches, and the thrill of both speed and skill as we explore this beautiful island paradise. Day 6 Alt 1 Adventure of Your Choice! This day offers participants the freedom to choose adventure, with two incredible options to explore: Skinteboviken and Amundön Adventure An island-hopping journey in the scenic Skinteboviken area, just south of Gothenburg where i grew up and spent my childhood at. Known for its smooth, round granite formations and striking orange cliffs, this part is a paradise for island lovers. We’ll swim through crystal-clear waters and traverse islands teeming with charm, including grazing sheep and higher elevation and greener parts. The day ends with a swim to Amundön, where a refreshing run awaits through its nature reserve. This stretch features grassy meadows, sandy beaches, and winding gravel trails, open fileds with horses! Day 6 Alt 2 Throughout the week, we’ll engage with the team to decide on today's route together, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience for everyone. Delsjön and Skatås Forest Adventure This dynamic route takes you through undulating forest trails, fantastic lakes with sweet water, and steep hills, providing a mix of technical and faster trails. We’ll run on parts of the legendary Skatås Sjöar swimrun race, immersing ourselves in lush greenery, trees, roots, and smooth silk like swims, a proper advennture in one of Gothenburgs nature paradises. We’ll unwind with a delicious lunch and fika at one of citie's coziest cafés. This option also gives participants the opportunity to explore the city afterward, enjoying its vibrant summer atmosphere. Day 7 The Grand Finale – A Wild Farewell Adventure Crossing Styrsö's trails and coast, swimming out to Stora Räbholmens Hourseshoe bay beach. We dive in and out of a series of open wild swims, giving us a sence of freedom animal like. Untouched natural isles mbodying the raw and wild beauty of "Amneskären". We’ll experience the thrill of cliff jumps, creeks, and under water passages. If we’re lucky, we might be joined by playful seals ;) The journey reaches its crescendo at the southern tip of the Amneskären isles, we'll gaze out into the horizon towards Denmark, leaving us with an empowering feel of infinity - a perfect goodbye on an epic adventure

Swimrun Gear 101: Understand the suits, shoes, and technical gear options, from what’s essential to the best choices for different conditions. Using Your Gear: Dive into hands-on sessions to master using your equipment effectively.

Get insight into planning training schedules, entering races, or simply setting up for personal goals and fun Swimrun adventures.

Learn how to make efficient water- to-land transitions and condition your body to adapt smoothly. Transition-Specific Training: Practice key transition techniques to boost your performance.
  1. Running Technique
Develop techniques for running comfortably and efficiently with Swimrun gear. Terrain-Specific, tackle everything from flat terrain to challenging cliffs and rocks, with focused training on each.

Participate in strength-building sessions and receive weekly exercises to continue training on your own. Enjoy flexibility-focused sessions and recommendations for better movement and recovery. GOTHENBURG SOUTH ARCHS

A PERFECT GETAWAY FROM THE CITY, WITH CAR-FREE ISLANDS AND CHARMING VILLAGES TO UNTOUCHED UNINHABITED ISLES. EASILY ACCESSIBLE BY FERRY FROM SALTHOLMEN OR STENPIREN, THIS SERENE ESCAPE BLENDS THE SIMPLICITY OF ISLAND LIFE WITH CAPTIVATING NATURAL BEAUTY. The archipelago consists of seven main islands, each with its own unique character: Styrsö, with its rolling hills and cozy streets; Brännö, where nature's peaceful sanctuary, the Galterö Nature Reserve, lies; Köpstadsö and Donsö, each a serene retreat; Vrångö, Asperö, Stora Förö—each island a story waiting to be discovered. ACCOMODATION

A SWIMRUN TRAINING AND ADVENTURE CAMP LIKE NO OTHER. AND SHARE IN THE SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY. OUR COZY ISLAND HOUSE COMPLETE WITH ALL THE COMFORTS TO RECHARGE. THE ULTIMATE SWIMRUN ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE AND CREATE FRIENDS AND UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS. We’ll stay in a comfortable house on Styrsö, with all the essentials for a pro-level camp experience. Together, we’ll dive into Swimrun with daily briefings, coaching sessions, shared meals, and plenty of space to relax, hang out, and recover! There’s plenty of space to socialize, play games, listen to music, and unwind. You can also explore the area or other nearby islands on your own, play beach volleyball, visit Gothenburg, or dine at a local restaurant. Some evenings, we’ll offer optional "bonus" sessions like swim technique, kayaking, or hill repeats for those interested. We’ll provide delicious, energizing breakfasts to fuel your day, nutritious and sporty lunches with fresh, healthy ingredients, and rich, satisfying dinners to refuel after a day of training. One evening, you’ll have the freedom to explore the local food scene. Our meals will be a mix of camp-cooked dishes and outdoor gatherings on the beach or cliffs, adding a sense of connection to nature and a touch of adventure.
